3. Paneer Coco-Punch:

Ingredients:
- coconut (shredded)( desiccated or fresh) - 1 cup
- sugar (powdered) - can vary as per taste
- elaichi (cardamom powdered) - 1 pinch
- paneer(grated/crumbled) - 1 cup
- chocolate(grated) (optional) - for garnishing
Procedure:
Mix coconut, sugar and elaichi together.Add powdered sugar to paneer in proportion you would like to have as sweet. Take some grated paneer in hands and give a puri like shape so that the above mixture can be stuffed in it. After you stuff above mixture in paneer, ensure that the its sealed from all sides. Now, sprinkle chocolate powder on the balls along with some powdered sugar for garnishing. Thus, delicious paneer-coco punch is ready to eat.
* fresh coconut is good for recipe. If fresh coconut is used then remove out all coconut milk from it.
* if desiccated coconut is used, some milk can be added for binding as per requirement.
