Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Paneer (100 grams)
- Potatoes(Bolied-2)
- Aamchur powder(1 tsp)
- Sugar(1/2 tsp)
- garam masala(1/4 tsp)
- green chilies(5-6)
- roasted desiccated coconut( 1 tsp)
- jain green chilly sauce(1 tsp)
- ginger(1/2 inch)
- vermicelli(just for garnish)
- salt to taste
- oil to cook
Procedure:
1. Finely shred paneer.Add salt,green chilly sauce, sugar and roasted desiccated coconut to it.
2. Finely chop green chilly.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped chilies and ginger to it.
4. Add boiled potatoes to it.
5. Cook for a minute or two.
6. Let it cool down. Add aamchur powder, garam masala and sugar to it.
7.Make a puri like structure of above mixture and stuff paneer to it.
8. On the stuffed kachori type, stick the raw vermicelli over it.(To give it a look of nest)
9. heat oil in pan and deep fry these kachoris in oil.
Paneer chilly nests are ready.
