4. Jain Paneer Masala Dosa

Course: Main Course
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
(This is a recipe for masala or stuffing only. We can make dosa by watching other tutorials)
  • Paneer (100 grams)
  • Tomatoes(4-5)
  • Lime juice(1 tsp)
  • Sugar(1/2 tsp)
  • garam masala(1/4 tsp)
  • green chilies(3-4)
  • paav bhaaji masala(1/4 tsp)
  • ginger(1/2 inch)
  • salt to taste
  • oil to cook
  • maida(1/4 tsp)
  • milk(3/4 cup)
Procedure:
 1. Finely shred paneer.
2. Finely chop tomatoes.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped chilies and ginger to it.
4.Saute them for roughly a minute and add tomatoes to pan.
5. Add garam masala and paav bhaaji masala to it and heat the mixture on slow flame till it leaves oil .
6. Add paneer to it. Mix it well. Add salt, sugar and lime juice.
7. Finally mix maida and milk well and add the mixture to pan. This will give it a good consistency.Mix it well     and remove the mixture from gas.
8. The mixture is ready.
 Now we can add this mixture on cooling to dosa and enjoy the delicious paneer masala dosa.
