5. upvas/vrat cheese stuff paratha

cooking time: 10 minutes
preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
boiled potato (2 smashed)
upvas flour (2 cups)
green chilies (2 finely chopped)
water (as per necessity)
curd (1tsp)
cheese(2 cubes)
salt  as per taste
oil for cooking

Procedure:
Mix potatoes with upvas flour, 1 tsp oil, finely chopped green chilies, salt and curd. Make a dough out for it.
Roll the parathas. While making paratha, stuff grated cheese in it. Roll it. Cook the paratha well using oil.

Paratha is ready to be served with curd.
