Jain Pizza Sauce ( easy and quick )

We all can always find a bottle of pizza sauce in the supermarkets and end up buying those expensive pizza sauces even when we can make this delicious sauce at home, that too, without onion and garlic and at a very low cost..! What else can a Jain Foodie demand for! But for non Jain followers, trust me, this will be similar to what you eat with onion and garlic...

This is a fresh use sauce and should be prepared when to be used. Can be prepared an hour before or a day before ( in refrigerator) , but not more, as this homemade version is free from any artificial preservatives. Cheers!

Ingredients:

Blanched tomatoes - 3
( Raw tomatoes boiled in water for around 10 minutes, skin removed thereafter )
coriander springs- 7-8
fresh mint leaves- 12-15
red chili powder- 1 tsp
black pepper powder- 1 tsp
Italian seasoning (available in stores, without garlic )
salt- to taste
sugar- 1 tsp
vinegar- 1 1/2 tsp

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients into a mixer jar and blend perfectly to get a tasty Pizza Sauce.
