Vegetable Paneer Wraps

When you feel like having a quick bite, this recipe will fill your appetite. A must try, easy to make, vegetable wraps

Ingredients:

Oil: 1 tsp
Carrots: shredded - 2 tbsp
cabbage shredded - 2 tbsp
capsicum shredded - 2 tbsp
paneer grated- 4 tbsp
soya sauce- 1/4 tsp
green chili sauce- 1/2 tsp
red chili sauce - 1/2 tsp

Procedure:

1. Put some oil in a yok or pan. Add 1 tbsp of cabbage, carrot and capsicum. Saute for a minute. Add all paneer to it. Add the soya sauce, green chili sauce and red chili sauce. Mix well. Cook for a minute and take of the flame.

2. Make a tortilla by reheating a readymade one or just a trick, reheat the leftover chapati.



3. Place the wrapping paper on the platform. Place the chapati over it and spread tomato ketchup over it.


Place the carrots, cabbage and capsicum over it.



Place the paneer mixture on it and roll it.



Wrap the chapati and make the roll. Easy to make and tasty to eat.
