Gajar halwa



This is the most popular dessert in India made during the winters.. However this is an all time favorite of mine. Hence whenever I find good carrots in market, I insist momma to make it for me..

Ingredients:
Carrots- 1/4 kg
Milk- 1/2 ltr
Sugar- 8 tsp
elaichi powder- 1 pinch
ghee- 1 tbsp
dry fruits- to garnish

Procedure:

This is the easiest way I found with the tastiest outcome for the gajar halwa. This is healthier way as well.
 To make this, grate the carrots.
  Add the carrots in the pan and add milk to it.


Add sugar to it.


 Let the mixture cook well. Let it become dry. Add a spoonful of ghee to it. Mix well. Add shredded dry fruits to it and serve hot..⁠⁠⁠⁠
