Quick Cooking Recipes: Part 1:Sabjiyon ki tokri se

Aloo ki sukhi sabji

Ingredients:

Potato(boiled and cut into julienne)- 1
dhaniya/coriander powder- 1 tsp
turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
sugar- as per taste
salt- as per taste
red chili powder- 1/2 tsp
lemon juice- 1/2 tsp
peanuts(crushed)- 1 tbsp
coriander leaves-finely chopped for garnishing
oil- for tampering
cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Asofoetida- 1 pinch


Procedure:

Heat up the oil. Add cumin seeds. After the seeds get cooked, add the asofoetida, turmeric powder and dhaniya powder. Cook it for a while.
Ensure that the powders dont get burnt.
Now add the potatoes, chili powder, sugar, salt, peanuts and lemon juice. Mix well.
Let it cook for 5 minutes and garnish it with coriander leaves.

Enjoy this yummy quick cooking sabji.
