For an evening snack, an amazing and quick recipe.. With this, I express my love for spinach, once again..:)
Ingredients:
spinach(finely chopped)- 4 cupswheat flour- 4 tbsp
green chilies (finely chopped)- 4-5
ginger (finely chopped)- 1/2 inch
sugar- 1 tbsp
milk- 1 cup
salt- to taste
paneer- 1/2 cup
sweet corn (boiled)- 1 cup
oil- 2 tbsp
oil- to fry
Procedure:
Heat oil in a pan. Saute the ginger into it. Add chilies to it. Add spinach to it. Cook for a minute on fast flame.Let it cool.In an other pan, add a tbsp of oil and saute the wheat flour into it. Once it starts changing its color, add water and milk.
Add salt and sugar to it. Add spinach and corn as well.Mix well. Add crumbled paneer as well. Turn of the flame as the mixture becomes thick.
Now, fry the croquettes and serve with your favorite chutneys.
