Maggi Wraps with Desi Twist

Leftover rotis is a big time question for most of the people. Here is an interesting recipe solving this issue. Here I have tried to give the chinese noodles, a desi chaat wala touch.


Ingredients:


Instant whole wheat noodles - 2 packs
leftover rotis/ fresh rotis - 8-10
chat masala - 1/2 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
sugar - 1 tsp
salt- as per requirement
water - as per requirement
carrots and sweet corn kernels (boiled) - 1 cup
green chutney - 1 1/2 tbsp 
( how to make green chutney ==>Blend fresh Coriander,some mint leaves,salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice,2 tsp sugar,some Groundnuts(just to thicken it),and water (as per requirement).You will get a thick paste or the chutney.)
imli chutney- 1 tbsp
oil - as per requirement


Procedure:


Boil the noodles and strain the oil when noodles are about to get cooked.( Check by pressing the noodles. If it gets pressed easily, then the noodles are ready to be processed ahead.) Add some oil and let it stay till it cools down.





To make the jain tastemaker/ masala, mix the spices chat masala, garam masala, and sugar.






Now, heat the oil and saute the carrots and corn. Add the noodles. Add the green chutney.






Now, on a flat tava, heat the roti. Spread schezwan chutney over it.



Place our noodle mixture on it and brush with oil.


Now, fold it into half and cook well. Serve the noodles wrap with your favorite chutneys.
