Healthy Desi Nachos chips

This time I have tried coming up with some pictures along with the recipe. I hope it helps you.


Preparation time- 20 minutes
Cooking time- 20 minutes

Ingredients:



Jowar flour- 1/2 cup
Wheat flour- 1/2 cup
Spinach(finely chopped)- 1 cup
salt- to taste
til/sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
oil- 1 tsp
oil- to fry

Procedure:



Mix flours, spinach, salt, til and 1 tsp of oil.



Make a semi-tough dough out of it. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.




Make 6 equal parts of it and roll out each part into roti like round flat structure.






Now cut each round structure into 8 equal parts to make the nachos chips.



Deep fry the chips on slow flame till golden brown in color.
Serve the nachos with your favorite sauce or with salsa.




Use these as tea-time snack or as nachos chips.
