Ingredients:
Sugar- 1 cup
butter- 1 cup
all-purpose flour- 1 cup
milk- 1 cup
mango milkshake- 2 tbsp
baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Procedure:
Blend sugar, home-made butter together.Add the flavour of your own choice. I added mango milkshake to give it a nice yellow color.
Now add all purpose flour and milk. Fold it well. Add the baking soda and baking powder. Fold it gently in one direction.
Grease the cups with butter and dust these with all purpose flour.
Pour the batter into cups and bake these on high temperature in microwave for 7 minutes with cups closed with a lid. Check for while in third minute. Insert a knife. If it comes out clean, then your cake is done. Else, keep for 30 seconds more and take out of oven and keep the cakes closed for 5 more minutes.
Remove the cakes from the mould and serve with or without icing.
