Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- quick cooking oats- 1 cup
- water- as per the requirement
- carrot-1/4th cup
- sweet corn(boiled and crushed)- 1/4 th cup
- green chili- 3
- ginger- 1/4th inch
- potato-1(boiled and mashed)
- chat masala-1tsp
- Aamchur powder-1/4 tsp
- salt to taste
- milk
Procedure:
1. Take the oats in a bowl and add the finely chopped green chilies, grated carrots, sweet corn, finely chopped ginger, potato, aamchur powder, salt and chat masala.
2. Mix it well and add the water as per the necessity to make the mixture of the consistency which would help to make the tikki.
3. Roll the tikkies and dip these in milk for a while and roll these in the oats so that oats get covered well.
4. Shallow fry these tikkies or deep fry these as per the choice and serve hot with the dip of your choice.
Healthy oats tikkies are ready to serve.
