Corn Cheese Balls

All we are looking for the quick recipes to make for our party and what else be as good as the corn cheese balls made with love at home! Let's have a look at the quick recipe for corn cheese balls

Make these at home and enjoy the bliss for your taste buds..





Ingredients:

  • Boiled and mashed potato- 1 cup
  • maida- 1/2 cup
  • rava- 1/4 cup
  • salt- for taste
  • green chili paste- 1 tsp
For stuffing:
  • Boiled sweet corn- 1/4 cup
  • Boiled green peas- 1/4 cup
  • mozzarella cheese- 1/4 cup
  • salt-to taste
  • oil- to saute
  • red chili powder- 1/2 tsp
  • chat masala powder- 1/2 tsp
  • rock salt- to taste
  • cheese cubes- 1/4 inch cubes
For coating-
water+cornflour slurry
crushed papad for the coating

Procedure:


Take the boiled and mashed potatoes. Add maida, salt and green chili paste to it and mix well. Keep aside.






2. To make the stuffing, saute boiled corn and green peas in a little oil. Take off the flame. Add mozzarella cheese, chat masala, red chili powder, salt, and rock salt. Mix well.

3. Take small amount of potato mixture. Flatten it. Add the stuffing to it. Place the cheese cube in it. Fold to make the ball out of it.



4. Coat in slurry and coat with crushed papad. Deep fry these corn cheese balls on medium fast flame.


5. Serve hot with mint chutney or the chutney of your choice :) I hope you enjoy this starter :)
