Bread dahiwada:
Ingredients:
Dahi/ curd- 1 cupsugar- 1 tsp
salt- as per taste
water- as per need
chat masala- 1 tsp
matki/ sprouted moong- 3 tbsp
green chatni- 1 tbsp
red chili powder- 1tsp
jeera powder- 1 tsp
oil- 2 tbsp
For filling:
Mix sprouted moong, green chatni, salt and chat masala.For wada:
Take the breads. Cut the sides. Dip breads in water and remove immediately. Drain out all the water by pressing breads gently between the hands.
Now, as a filling, add matki and green chatni mixture and close the dahiwada by carefully rolling in the hands.
Now just brush them with oil and shallow fry the wadas. Set these aside.
For serving:
For dahi, blend the dahi well and make a smooth fluid from it. Add a little sugar and salt into it. Mix it well.
Now add the wadas into the dahi as suggested above. Remove it in a plate. Garnish it with red chilli powder and jeera powder.
This makes a yummy delicacy in minutes.
