17. Schezwan Rice:

    Preparation  time     :   5 minutes
    Cooking  time              :   15  minutes
 

Ingredients:

  • 90% boiled rice- 3 cups
  • finely chopped french beans- 1/2 cup
  • finely chopped carrots- 1/2 cup
  • finely chopped ginger- 1/2 tbsp
  • schezwan sauce- 1 cup
  • soya sauce- 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • sugar to taste
  • two red chilies
  • vinegar- as per requirement
  • oil- 2 tsp

Procedure:

1. heat up oil in a yok.
2. Add the  whole red chilies.
3. Add the ginger. Let it cook for a minute.
4. Add the french beans, carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes. Make sure that the vegies maintain the crisp.
5. Add the schezwan sauce and soya sauce. Add te salt, sugar, vinegar. Give it a toss.
6. finally add some rice and cook for  two minutes and serve hot.
