Open toast sandwich with white sauce

When it comes to sandwiches, whether it is kids or elderly, no one can refuse to have some of it. Hence, it can easily become a party snack that is loved by everyone. 
I tried a recipe of open toast by spreading a whole wheat white sauce with full of vegies and spread over bread. ( of your own choice ). This healthy snack can be made very quickly and hence is a apt choice for choti choti bhook...
Let's see how can we make it..



Ingredients:

ghee- 2 tsp
whole wheat atta - 1 tbsp
milk- 2 cups
capsicum- 1/4 cup
carrots- 1/4 cup
boiled sweet corn kernels- 1/4 cup
boiled green peas- 1/4 cup
green chilies- 3-4
coriander leaves - finely chopped- 1 tbsp
black pepper powder- 1 tsp
salt- to taste
chat masala - 1 tsp



Procedure:

Heat ghee in a pan.

Cook carrots and capsicum into it. Keep it aside.




Heat wheat flour and cook t till it changes the color.


      Add milk into the flour and mix continuously.
Add the vegetables into the flour mixture. Add pepper powder, salt, green chilies and coriander.


Now, take this mixture into the bowl and keep it aside.

Now, take the bread of your choice. Here, I have taken normal all purpose flour breads.


Apply the prepared mixture on the bread.


Now, toast these breads on the tava / preheated oven(200 degrees for 6-8 minutes).
Cut the breads into half and serve the bites with ketchup and green chutney.
