Kurkuri Bhindi

Bhindi is favorite of  many. This isn't the case with me. However, when its about this kurkuri bhindi, I can literally have as much as I can. This recipe is full of flavors and is in a true sense, 'kurkuri'. 
Following is the recipe for this tasty variant of bhindi.

Ingredients:


  • Bhindi – 12-15
  • Besan – ½ cup
  • chat masala powder- ¼ tsp
  • garam masala powder- ¼ tsp
  • aamchur powder- ¼ tsp
  • salt- as per taste
  • sugar – as per taste ( to balance the sourness of aamchur )
  • oil – to deep fry


Procedure:


Cut the bhindi into four pieces vertically. Deseed it.


Mix the spices mentioned above with the besan.



 Add bhindi to the mixture and let the bhindi get coated into the mixture. Let it marinate into it for 20 minutes.



Now, take the coated bhindi and deep fry the coated bhindi on low flame till it gets nice and crispy.



Now sprinkle the chat masala over it.



Serve it as a starter, snack or an accompaniment with the rotis.
