Soya sabji
Ingredients:
soya chunks- 1/2 cuptomato puree- 1 cup
ginger-chili paste- 1tsp
salt- to taste
red chili powder- to taste
chaat masala- 1 tsp
schezwan sauce- 2 tbsp
sugar to taste
water- to boil
oil- 2 tsp
cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Procedure:
Add soya to the boiling water for 3-4 minutes.Add salt to it.Remove the soya after the suggested time and marinate it with chat masala and chili powder.In a pan, heat oil,add cumin seeds to it and let it cook till jeera is cooked. Add ginger-chili paste to it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes till golden. Add the tomato puree to it and cook till oil separates.
Add remaining of chili powder and chat masala to the paste and add schezwan sauce to it.
After about a minute, add the soya chunks, sugar and mix well till soya gets covered by the paste well.
Serve hot or carry in your tiffins.
