10. Mexican Rice:(cook in 5 easy steps)

Ingredients:
- Tomato -1
- green Bell pepper -1
- jalapeno -4-5
- olive oil- 1 tsp
- cinnamon stick- 1/2 inch
- jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
- oregano- 1/2 tsp
- soaked rice(rice soaked in water for 10 minutes)
- salt to taste.
- vegetable stalk- 1 cup

Procedure:
1. churn tomato, bell pepper in chopper.
2. Heat up olive oil, add cinnamon stick, churn vegies. Let them cook well
3. Add jeera powder and oregano.
4. Add soaked vegies, salt and vegetable stalk along with jalapeno.
5. Cook for 10 minutes and serve hot.
A quick and simple yet tastier delicacy is ready within no time.
