13. Jain momos:

Ingredients:
For dough:
- maida(all purpose flour) -1/2 cup
- wheat flour- 1/2 cup
- salt to taste
- oil- 1 tsp
- water- just enough to make the medium soft dough
For stuffing:
- green bell pepper (finely chopped) -1/3 cup
- red bell pepper(finely chopped) - 1/3 cup
- red cabbage if available(finely chopped)- 1/3 cup
- paneer ( crumbled) - 1/2 cup
- chickpea(bolied and mashed)- 1/3 cup
- sweet corn(bolied and mashed)-1/3 cup
- salt to taste
- green chily paste- 1 tsp
- ginger paste-1/2 tsp
- black pepper powder - as per necessity
- vinegar- 1/2 tsp
- maida(all purpose flour) -1/2 cup

Procedure:
2. Till then, prepare the stuffing. Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing and give it a good mix.
3. Make the puri like structure from the rested dough. Roll it out thinner on edges and thicker from middle part.
4. Fill in teh stuffing and close the opening properly to give it the shape you want.
5. Similarly, prepare all and steam the momos for 10 minutes.
6. The steamed momos could be served hot as is it or along with the schezwan sauce or the chilli sauce.
Your delicacy is ready.
