12. Veg Manchurian in dry gravy:

Cooking time : 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- all purpose flour- 1/2 cup
- wheat flour- 1/2 cup
- sweet corn (boiled) -1/2 cup
- cabbage(shredded)- 1/2 cup
- carrots(cut in julians) -1/4 cup
- ginger-chili paste - 2 tsp
- black pepper powder -1 tsp
- olive oil- 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- dark soya sauce- 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1tsp
- water as per requirement
- sugar- to taste

Procedure:
2. Add all the vegies and black pepper powder.
3. Mix well and make a medium tough dough. Make small balls out of it and fry the balls.
4. For the dry gravy, heat the oil in a pan. To that add the ginger-chili paste, and cook well.
5. Then add the dark soya sauce and the paste of the maida with water(to thicken the paste)
6. Drop the manchurian balls in the gravy. Add sugar to taste.Add salt to taste.Add vinegar.
